How About Customs Clearance?

How About Local Customs Product Detainment?
If a product is detained by the customer's destination country (and has been successfully shipped by the seller), then customer has full responsibility for the item's clearance from local customs office.
Is there any refund policy?
You will get full refund if an item never arrives your location. You will also fully refunded if the item is not as described to our E-Shop product description.
